Call for Public Feedback – Draft Regulatory Impact Assessment for the Amendment of Air Protection By-Law No. 28 of 2005

The Ministry of Environment announces the release of the Draft Regulatory Impact Assessment concerning the proposed amendment to Air Protection By-Law No. 28 of 2005. This initiative reflects the Ministry’s commitment to transparency and to fostering meaningful public participation in the development of environmental legislation.

 

The Ministry invites all relevant stakeholders—including government institutions, the private sector, civil society organizations, experts, and specialists—to review the draft and share their comments and suggestions, contributing to improved legislative quality and alignment with best environmental practices.

 

The documents are available for review on the Tawasal platform.
